JOB DETAILS:
New Money Group a company based in Lusaka looking for a Knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Poultry Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Tasks to be performed by the Job holder will include but not limited to.
• Set up houses for the chicks and carry out daily checks on the housing and birds
• General bird management that includes ventilation, feeding, vaccination etc.
• Litter management and feed ordering
• Supervise and manage members of staff
• Continuously improve bird management and welfare through research of current poultry practices
• Notify of any mortality in the first three days.

Skills and Qualifications
The candidates must have.
• A full Grade 12 Certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience working in the poultry industry in Zambia
• A strong interest and understanding of the Poultry System and bird welfare
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to work with minimum supervision and have excellent management skills

Experience in Months: 24
