JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to ease children’s transition into organized education. The Pre-School Teacher will teach the children important elements that they will encounter soon after they enter school life.

Duties and Responsibilities
• To design and submit schemes of work
• To comprehensively extrapolate and submit weekly lesson plans
• To ensure quality lesson delivery and validation processes
• To organize all teaching aids prior to opening of the new term
• Take full responsibility for children’s safety in the class
• Employ a best-practices-approach-to-work attitude
• Take ownership of self-development and growth
• Any other lawfully relevant duties assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Skills
• Knowledge of best practices and pre-school educational methods
• Ability to engage the children and earn their trust and attention
• At least three (3) years working experience in a reputable School
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms;
• Excellent communication and instructional skills;
• Full Grade 12 certificate with 5 Credit or better;
• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Development.
• Registered and licensed with The Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
• Must hold high levels of integrity and professionalism.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
