Job Description:
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and lead our projects from inception to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality results. You will play a

key role in shaping the future of Lafalink Projects Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage project teams to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, goals, and timelines.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that objectives are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Business, Engineering, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in project management.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• EIZ certification
