JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Property Manager here in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be:
• Managing all aspects of a large housing estate
• Designing business plans for the estate that meet the set guidelines
• Inspecting and arranging maintenance to meet the standards
• Day to day running of the estate
• Managing all aspects of assigned properties including adherence to the estate building guidelines, security personnel, office personnel, estate personnel
• Review building plans with qualified personnel for new buildings to ensure guidelines are being adhered to
• Inspect and arrange maintenance of utilities and built infrastructure such as water supply network, sewer network, electricity, roads to meet estate standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners and tenants alike
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
• Oversee office personnel and give assessment reviews where required.

Qualifications
• Diploma in Construction, Engineering related field or Equivalent
Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Construction Supervision. Maintenance of built Infrastructure
Behavioral Traits
• Result oriented self-driven individual
Operational Requirements
• Must be a member of relevant Regulation Institute

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
