JOB DETAILS:
Salary: Industry Standards
Qualification: Any Science Graduate – M.Sc. or M. Pharm
Experience: 6-10 Years in Pharma Industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• To provide Quality oversight to site to ensure GMP compliance systems are implemented / enhanced with all-time readiness for GMP inspection.
• To lead and manage the Quality control and Quality Assurance Department to meet both site and global strategic goals, key performance indicators and objectives.
• Source and implement Quality Management tools to support improvement in Business Process and Strategy.
• Ensure that business objective is met in terms of supply commitments with due compliance to approved MA and regulatory dossiers.
• Coordinate product recall activities locally and link it to global quality.
• To ensure independence of the Quality Department in decision on Quality related matters and all Quality Indices such as Market compliant, Deviations, Investigations are within control.
• To ensure adequacy of investigations and CAPA along with its effectiveness.
• To adhere site Environment, Health and Safety policy.
