JOB DETAILS:
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
The seed production and supply chain team is responsible for sustainable production of high quality seed, processing, packing, and distribution.

Your Challenge:
• Sustainable implementation of the quality management system
• Sustain an effective quality testing and product release process
• Ensure compliance with seed certification standards and quality lab accreditation
• Ensure the development of highly engaged quality team
• Foster a strong cross functional quality culture

Key Stakeholders and Interactions:
• A highly engaged and quality committed cross functional team
• Seed certification authorities
• External customers

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need
• A minimum degree in laboratory, plant science, Agriculture or Biology
• Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a seed testing role
• Seed analyst certification with a recognized authority
• Strong people and influence skills
• Good understanding of quality management systems/ ISO 9001:2015
