JOB DETAILS:
Background
Akros strengthens national health systems in developing countries. Akros plans to procure assorted materials to support the implementation of a project activity within Zambia. Akros invites eligible vendors to submit quotations for the listed goods/materials based on the terms and conditions highlighted. .

Terms for the Supply of Goods/Materials (Quotations)
To be eligible for selection, the vendor submitting a quotation must:
• Submit a business registration certificate and a tax clearance certificate
• The quotations must be on official quotation format
• All quotations must clearly state terms of payment
• Quotations should clearly state the specifications of the goods/materials as provided herein
• All quotations must clearly state delivery period of goods/materials (preference will be given to vendors who can deliver within 14 days)
• Quotations provided shall only be for the goods/materials that the vendor intends to supply
• All quotations shall be submitted electronically to the contact provided below
• All goods/materials shall comply with the Zambia Bureau of Standards and any other regulatory authority

Goods/Materials (Alcohol-based hand rub and empty containers)
1. 30 to 50 ml bottles of alcohol-based hand sanitizer with flip cap (Quantity – 3,425)
2. 400 or more ml alcohol-based hand rub in refillable dispenser bottle with a pump dispenser (Quantity – 2,483)
• The hand sanitizer should be prepared using either, (i) Alcohol that is at least 60 – 95% ethanol by volume, OR (ii) Isopropyl Alcohol;
3. 20-liter plastic jugs of alcohol-based hand rub. (Quantity – 410)
• As above, the hand rub must be prepared using either, (i) Alcohol that is at least 60 – 95% ethanol by volume, OR (ii) Isopropyl Alcohol
4. Empty 10 to 20-liter plastic containers with a wide mouth re-closeable top (Quantity – 1,865)
