JOB DETAILS:
Background
Akros strengthens national health systems in developing countries. Akros plans to procure assorted printing and/or photocopying services to support the implementation of a project activity within Zambia. Akros invites eligible vendors to submit quotations for the listed goods/materials based on the terms and conditions highlighted. .

Terms for the Supply of Goods/Materials (Quotations)
To be eligible for selection, the vendor must:
• Submit business registration certificate and tax clearance certificate
• The quotations must be on official quotation format
• All quotations must clearly state terms of payment
• Quotations should clearly state the specifications of the goods/materials as provided herein
• All quotations must clearly state delivery period of goods/materials (preference will be given to vendors who can deliver within 14 days)
• Quotations provided shall only be for the goods/materials that the vendor intends to supply. Vendor is not restricted to supplying all of the requested goods
• All quotations shall be submitted electronically to the contact provided below
• All goods/materials shall comply with the Zambia Bureau of Standards and any other regulatory authority

1. A4 lined hardcover book (minimum 48 pages): Quantity – 7,000
2. Ball-point blue ink pens (60 boxes/packs x 250): Quantity – 16,000
3. A4 Folders plastic or heavy-weight paper with two-interior pockets: Quantity – 2,200
4. A3 envelopes approximately 108 gsm paper with adhesive closure: Quantity – 4,000
5. A4 envelopes approximately 108 gsm paper with adhesive closure: Quantity – 9,600
6. Laser printer A 4 size sheet labels with self-adhesive backing and perforated edges to allow easy removal. Each sheet should contain no more than 24 removable labels of approximately 60 x 33 mm labels (larger labels are acceptable, however the bidder should propose a sufficient quantity of label sheets to allow printing of 15,000 labels): Quantity of labels to be printed is 15,000
