Background

The Institute for Health Measurement Southern African (IHM) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) would like to install a call center system to be used by the Ministry of Health SmartCare Service Desk personnel to receive, toll free, support calls in order to coordinate responses to and track SmartCare application issues faced by health facilities across the country in the implementation of the SmartCare Health Information System.  IHM is therefore looking for assistance from a reputable vendor to acquire any necessary hardware, assist with installation and configuration, User Training, and then provide any ongoing licensing and costs associated with the implementation of the system.
