RE-ADVERTISED THE PROVISION OF AUDIT SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD JULY 2022 TO JUNE 2024
This Invitation to Bid follows the requirement for the Provision of Audit Services to the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) for the period July 2022 to June 2024.
TAZARA will make funds available for audit services for the audit period of July 2022 to June 2024.
TAZARA now invites sealed bids from eligible potential service providers of Audit Services who are registered in Zambia only.
Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Method of Bidding, whose procedures are specified in the TAZARA Procurement and Supplies Manual of November, 2011.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of the Area Manager, Lusaka Area Office, TAZARA House, Junction of Independence Avenue / Dedan Kimathi Road, P.O. Box 2834, Lusaka Zambia.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 200.00 by Cash/TT into the TAZARA Account.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents.
All bids in one original and one scanned soft copy in a USB Drive (Flash disk), properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelope marked "Tender for the Provision of Audit Services to the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) for the period July 2022 to June 2024" must be delivered to the address below at or before 11.00 hours C.A.T on Friday 19th July 2024, Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the TAZARA Board room, Lusaka Area Office, TAZARA House, Junction of Independence Avenue/Dedan Kimathi Road, P.O. Box 2834, Lusaka Zambia.
Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids, bids not received, and bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for opening and evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
