Job Purpose: The purpose and role of the Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities
• Should be organised must be able to multi-task and understand the importance of client confidentiality.
• He/ She should be involved with customer service and must help customers with any queries
• He/ She need to have extremely good communication and interpersonal skills
• He/ She must be cordial and sympathetic to the customer's queries and requirements
• He/ She are the first point of contact between the customer and MFZ and thus must present a friendly and helpful picture
• He/ She must have the basic knowledge of the various services and schemes so that they can direct the customer in the right direction
• He/ She must work under minimal supervision
• He/ She must be energetic and be able to handle criticism in a diplomatic way
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
•Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
•Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
Ensure all clients feel in the client feedback form
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies & Office Management or Similar qualification. •Proven experience as a Receptionist
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment, such as photocopier, scanner etc.
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Great attention to detail
• 2+ years' in a similar role

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
