Reintegration Enterprise Development Assistant (Reda)
Position summary

The Reintegration Enterprise Development Assistant (REDA) is responsible for maintaining the customer (families) relationship management database, mobilization and engagement of families and developing/maintaining content repositories. Facilitating and identifying families’ capacities for economic strengthening which involves contributing to delivery of service by ensuring sustainable households.

Major Responsibilities
Reintegration management and implementation
• Facilitate the mapping out and development of mobilization plan of beneficiaries (families);
• Participate in the development of a strategy and implementation plan for roll out;
• Participate in the development of KAZ business prequalification standard, systems, procedures and processes that will address and support strengthening of families;
• Participate in the development of enterprise business strategy or plan for the vulnerable families and implement the business plan and implement it;
• Facilitate the implementation of keeping families together Initiative through strengthened initiatives and ensure actualization of the business ideas;
• Create awareness of the identified opportunities to the eligible families, connect and track performance for family sustainability;
2. Monitoring, Compliance and Reporting
• Be involved in the design of monitoring tools and ensure performance is tracked for impact reporting;
• Liaise and work with Social Workers on family tracing missions and start recording from inception gaps in the family livelihood;
• Ensure business or household economic tools are developed and shared with households for sustainable growth tracking and documentation;
• Ensure data collection and documentation of direct and indirect beneficiaries at household level;
• Be well-informed about emerging best practices, current issues and trends in assigned program for economic empowerment;
• Develop and submit quarterly, monthly and annual reports to the Reintegration Enterprise Development Officer (REDO).
3. Capacity Building, Networking and collaborations
• Facilitate meetings and knowledge sharing camps between families and the office for information gathering and decision making;
• In liaison with the safeguarding department, disseminate child protection and adult safeguarding behavioral conduct and protocols;
• Work with Social Workers to ensure that the prequalification standard is fulfilled within the correct time frame;
• Share all applicable policies and procedures with all relevant staff, families and stakeholders;
• The Assist the REDO in capacity building of staff in all business enterprise systems and processes.
• Ensure to practice, adhere and observe child protection and adult safeguarding protocols at all times.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma in business development studies, Statistics, administration, finance, marketing and/or economics
• Minimum of three years of relevant or equivalent work experience.
• Professional experience in fund management with an interest in impact investments.
• Extensive experience in community mobilization and methodologies.
• Extensive experience in market and/or rural development, access to finance (both micro and SME), SME accelerators or business development services, and/or other forms of consulting or operational experience with SMEs in emerging markets;
• Strong in proposal writing experience, as well as significant project management experience;

• Abilities to relate and connect with children and their families to understand their perspectives
• Must possess strong client orientation, team-focused leadership skills,
• Experience working in multi-cultural environments.
• Must be self-motivated, team player, flexible and able to work effectively across office departments.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, and fluency or near-fluent proficiency in local languages is desired.
• Strong in report writing and analysis of impact created.
