JOB DETAILS:

In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy:

1.0 Relationship Manager Large And Medium Corporates
• Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the job holder will have the responsibility of developing and managing the assigned portfolio of Large and Medium Corporates by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and Implementing retention strategies. The job holder will also be responsible for growing the assigned portfolio deposits and loans through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field • Minimum of Six (6) years of relevant experience with at least three (3) years at managerial level
• Marketing Certification (an added advantage)

• Excellent Communication skills both oral and written English
• Presentation
• Teamwork
• Analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of the banking industry including the applicable regu- lations and guidelines, and the Bank- ing and Financial Services Act
• Thorough understanding of corporate customer segmentation and alignment of relevant products accordingly.
