The Zambia Postal Services Corporation (ZamPost) has budgeted for consultancy services in the 2023/2024 budget and it is has intended that part of these funds be applied towards the contract for the provision of external audit services for the Zambia Postal Services Corporation's financial statements for a period of four (04) years.

ZamPost now invites eligible Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) registered Audit Firms to submit their proposals for undertaking an audit of the ZamPost financial statements for a financial period of four (04) years.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) may be purchased by interested bidders from the Zambia Postal Services Corporation, ZamPost Procurement Department, Plot 17/18, Magnet House, Arusha Street, and P.O. Box 71845, Ndola, Zambia upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SIX Hundred Kwacha (K600.00) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or Bankers' cheque. (Payment should be made at any Post Office and a copy receipt availed to ZamPost Procurement Department for release of RFP).
Submission procedure
The proposals in five copies of each (one original and four copies) must be appropriately bound, sealed, bold labeled and clearly marked "Request for Proposal NO. ZPSC/ENQ/065/2023 THE PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES TO ZAMPOST FOR FOUR (04) FINANCIAL YEARS 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 AND 2021/2022 and must be deposited in the tender box located at the reception on the ground floor of the ZamPost Headquarters on or before Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:30 hours local time.
The closing date for the receipt of proposals is Friday, March 17, 2023 at 10:30 hour's local time and any proposal received after the date and time stipulated above will not be accepted. The proposals will be opened in the Boardroom on the first floor at Zambia Postal Services Corporation HQ Plot 17/18, Magnet House, Arusha Street, and P.O. Box 71845, Ndola, Zambia on the same date at 10:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
