Heifer International Zambia is requesting quotations from registered firms to conduct TILING works.

The Request for Quotations (RFQ) further specifies that the vendor will supply the materials and fit, install, or carry out the works. Other specifications of all the information that the firms will need to provide are indicated below:

Specifications of the Tiling works are as follows:

1. Supply and tiling of two (2) bathrooms and (2) two toilet areas with an estimated area of 55m2.

2. Wall tiles

• Size – 60*30 Ceramic tiles, Color – White

3.  Floor tiles

• Size – 60*60 Porcelain tiles, Color – White

4. Supply and tiling of the corridor and server room with an estimated meterage of 22m2.

• Size 60*60 Porcelain tiles, Color – White

Prospective Bidders are required to submit the following:

• Company Profile
• Registration/Incorporation Certificate from PACRA or Registrar of Societies.
• Evidence of similar past or completed or ongoing delivery works in the last 3 years.
• Tax Clearance Certificates from ZRA for the last two (2) years for non-cooperatives.
• Terms of payments.

The quotations must be submitted on or before 21st April, 2023 at 12:00hrs and clearly marked in the subject line as Tiling Works RFQ’s to the following address:
