JOB DETAILS:
As a resort manager, your job will include managing all aspects of a resort, including surrounding, food and beverage management, human resources, attractions, and guest services. You will be in charge of employees, finances, customer service, promotions, and quality control. Resort managers often have to work nights and weekends, putting in long hours to ensure the success of the establishment. However, your hours may vary greatly during high and low travel seasons.

Job Description
• Implement loss/risk prevention measures.
Daily Operations, Finances, and Marketing
• Manage inventory, cost and quality controls.
• Customer Service
Human Resources
• Monitor payroll, customer billing, and expense accounts.
• Conduct bar, kitchen, and enviromental inspections to make sure that they are all up to code.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends.
• Hiring, training, and scheduling new staff members.
• Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary.
