JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of job
To make business outbound calls and receive inbound business calls, respond to customer e-mails/social media queries, and provide service to customers over the telephone.

Key Responsibilities
• Receives incoming calls on general customer queries. Makes outgoing calls for unit projects, follow up on logged queries and conduct mystery shopping.
• Responds promptly to customer queries that do not require a follow up/escalation to resolve the matter.
• Works ? on cross-sell data files generated by the Team Leader to improve customer Vertical Service Index (VSI).
• Ensures all targets for projects and mystery shopping are met.
• Logs in complaints, compliments and queries that require additional assistance from another department/branch in order to be resolved.
• Submits the following reports and logs; calls received, calls made, customer compliants/compliments and queries received.
• Provides customers with product and service information.
• Adheres to company standard customer service guidelines.
• Participates in team building projects for the department.
• Ensures costs are maintained and managed effectively.
• Performs any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and experience
• Grade 12 Certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels with credit or better in Mathematics and English.
• Certificate in Marketing or relevant Business field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Sales field or Call Centre environment and extensive banking experience.
