SME Loan Officers
PremierCredit is a financial services provider operating in emerging markets in the SADC region. The company aims to be one of the leading fintechs in Zambia that would offer online and mobile application micro lending services to customers in the most affordable, friendly, easy and convenient way.
As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated individuals from Solwezi, Kitwe, Ndola, Kabwe and surrounding areas, to apply for the position of SME Loan Officers.
Job Brief
The SME Loan Officer reports to the Branch Manager, and is responsible for Marketing SME Loan Products to potential clients including Peer to Peer Lending. The Loan Officer is responsible for full lending cycle of loan initiation, processing, monitoring and loan recovery collections efforts regarding clients on his/her portfolio.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline;
• At least 5 years’ experience in SME Business Lending in a Reputable Micro Finance Institution.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
