Responsibilities include
• Marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds etc)
Requirements and skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skill.
• Proven working experience as a Real Estate Salesperson
• MS Office familiarity
