JOB DETAILS:
Delta Auto & Equipment Ltd is looking for an experienced Vehicle/Earth-Moving Sales Consultant.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Create compelling sales pitches.
• Sell the company’s products and services.
• Complete all paperwork relating to a sale.
• Perform research on the competition’s services.
• Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience with Vehicle Sales
• Diploma in a Marketing/Business Administration
• Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
• Proven sales track record with ability to reach sales targets monthly
• In-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, and sales process
• Intuition to anticipate which motor vehicles and equipment will appeal to different customers
• Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
• Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
• Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
• Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
• Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers.
• A welcoming and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge and passion for vehicles and Earthmoving equipment
