Title: Sales Engineer
Industry: Coatings / Construction
Function: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Role Functions
• Develop and implement strategies effective for achieving sales and marketing objectives
• Prepare annual marketing & sales budget plans and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends
• Implement new sales plans and advertising
• Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities

Requirements:
• Must have attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Should at least have 2 years of experience in selling specialty chemicals in the coatings and/or construction industries.

This is an urgent position for us to fill.
