Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will promote and sell aYo insurance solutions to MTN subscribers locally as well as applying the cross selling and upselling dynamics to meet aggressive daily sales targets set by the business from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a Lusaka resident.
• Grade 12 certificate (Minimum).
• Experience in sales is an added advantage.
• Must possess selling skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous Sales and Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
• Must be a self-driven individual able to work towards meeting set Targets.
• Good Customer Service and Negotiating skills.
• Able to work well as an individual as well as able to fit in well in a team.
• Sober minded and Trust worthy individual
• Must have a smart phone
• Able to assist and give customers feedback on insurance related queries and offer after sales service.
• To be able to implement personal marketing strategies for sales and identify new markets.
• Must be able to achieve set targets both sales and GWP.
• Good record keeping , present sales reports of the field activities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Grade 12 certificate with 5 O’ Levels.
• Certificate in insurance , business studies or marketing.
• Must demonstrate high negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales, insurance sales or other similar roles is an added advantage.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good working relations.
• Must be professional, presentable and capable of engaging with people at various levels.
