JOB DETAILS:
Our client, a leading Beverage manufacturing company, is looking for topnotch Sales Management Trainees to join their team
Responsibilities
• Primary accountability is to grow business by exploring new avenues of sales
• Responsible for distributor handling and motivation along with monitoring of Return on investment (ROI) of the distributor
• Minimum inventory stocks to be maintained as per company policy and requirement
• Directly responsible for handling, upkeep and tracking all company assets like coolers, trucks, empty glass crates,
• Develop Sales plans and Budgets to achieve or exceed the monthly/annual sales objectives
• Generate sales of company products in the region through the Sales Team
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and range selling
• Provide Distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or excel the sales targets
• Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary
• Ensure selling tools and point of purchase materials are available with all CE’s
• Coordinate completion of identified deals, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed
• Tracking measures and problem solving
• Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement
• Actively participate in problem solving
• Executive action plan as directed by TDM/HOS in problem solving
Measures
• The territory team should be always equipped with all necessary tools, infrastructure deliveries as planned, POP material for different activities according to the calendar of events
• Consistent maintenance of the territory data, through updating the score boards anf the CEs files
• Being pro-active in addressing the territory issues and come up with solutions

• Excellent time management skills.
Qualifications
• 1 Years of Experience
• Bachelor's degree in management, marketing or similar.
• Experience in a management role or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license may be required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
