JOB DETAILS:
Main Responsibilities or Functions of the Job:
• Revenue and Orders Intake.
• Developing Marketing tools for related products.
• Parts promotions and developing & introducing Part Kits.
• Managing Weekly Reports and Consolidation of Business Updates.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Working Capital Management
Requirements (Education and experience)
• Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
Key knowledge, attributes, skills and abilities
• Sales Experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Experience setting sales goals.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Understanding of Customer satisfaction and best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
