Finegrade Chemicals is looking for dynamic Sales and Marketing Officers to join our team and help us achieve new heights of excellence.
• Position: Sales and Marketing Officer Location: Kitwe, Zambia (or willingness to relocate)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and manufacturing sectors.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
4. Present products and services to potential clients with a focus on value and benefits.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
2. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
5. Previous experience selling and marketing to mines and manufacturing companies is a plus.
6. Background dealing with mines is an added advantage.
