JOB DETAILS:
Zamgoat, a leading impact agribusiness dedicated to enhancing the value addition and distribution of goat products, is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Sales Motorbike Rider to join our dynamic team in Lusaka.

Responsibilities:
• Sales and Marketing: Promote Zamgoat products to potential customers through direct sales efforts.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Delivery: Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of Zamgoat products to customers within designated areas.
• Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the motorbike is well maintained and in good working condition at all times.

Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience as a sales representative or delivery rider, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.
• Motorbike License: Valid motorbike riding license with a clean driving record.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent service consistently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.Knowledge: Familiarity with Lusaka and its surrounding areas.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and transport goods, as well as work in various weather conditions.
