JOB DETAILS:
Jianfeng Business Solutions is currently looking for smart, innovative and experienced individuals to join the organization as SALES PERSONNEL (2) .

DUTIES
1. Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales
2. Demonstrates advanced product knowledge
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
4. Carry out marketing work to conduct direct sales.
5. Understands how to push given products to consumers based on environment and current trends
6. Creating customer leads through calling, emailing, SMS or social media.
7. Cultivate and deepen customer relationship.
8. Monitor customer experience to ascertain continued usefulness of the product to the customer.
9. Through simple market research, propose new product features that suit the various customers.
10. Any other tasks in line with the overall Marketing and Sales process.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or Sales
2. Experience in Marketing of hiring construction equipment’s and or marketing poultry products will be an added advantage
3. Proven working experience in sales and marketing
4. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
5. Track record of over-achieving sales targets
6. Solid communication and interpersonal skills
7. Customer service focus
8. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
