School Manager
This job is a senior position and will report directly to the School Director

Job Purpose
The School Manager shall be responsible for coordinating teaching, learning, curriculum and Business Management.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree in Education
• At least 5 years teaching experience, of which 2 years should have been at senior level.
• Possession of excellent leadership and communication skills
• A passion for education and improving educational practice
• Computer literate
• Should be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
• Experience as Head Teacher, Deputy Head, Head of Department, or any supervisor role in a school or educational environment is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
