JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking proposals from qualified transport service providers for the provision of safe and reliable transportation for school pick-up and drop-off services. We are specifically interested in partnering with a transporter equipped with three (3), 30-seater Hiace buses to cater for the commuting needs of our students ,routes to be covered are Chilanga, Avondale, Salama Park and Mean wood.

The selected transporter will be responsible for the following:
1. Timely pick-up and drop-off of students to and from designated locations.
2. Ensuring the safety and comfort of students during transit.
3. Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
4. Maintaining the cleanliness and proper upkeep of the buses.
5. Providing well-trained and courteous drivers.

Requirements:
– Possession of three 30-seater Hiace buses, well-maintained and in good working condition.
– Valid licenses and permits for operating transport services in the designated area.
– Comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicles and passengers.
– Demonstrated experience in providing school transport services with a focus on safety and reliability.
– Ability to provide references from current or previous clients.
– Willingness to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract agreement.

Submission Guidelines:
Interested transport service providers are invited to submit their proposals by 2nd May 2023 Proposals should include the following:
– Company profile highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
– Details of the vehicles available for the service, including maintenance records.
– Proposed schedule and route plan for school pick-up and drop-off.
– Pricing structure and any additional services offered.
– References from current or previous clients.

Selection Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
– Experience and track record in providing school transport services.
– Suitability and condition of the vehicles.
– Compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
