JOB DETAILS:
JOB OPPORTUNITY – Security Guards Instructor or Head Security Operations
Necor Zambia Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the position of Security Guards Instructor or Head Security Operations. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Implementing standardized guard’s security training programs.
• Providing training on surveillance equipment and guard monitoring gadgets.
• Inspecting /developing physical fitness and alertness of guards.
• Take full responsibility of all operational patrols, deployment and rapid response.
• Ensure a fully operational and responsive Control Centre.

Job Skills: Not Specified

Job Qualifications:
• Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification.
• Understanding of ICT, CCTV, other Safety systems as well as security gadgets and firearms.
• Not less than 5 years’ experience in security industrial.
• Knowledge of criminal investigation.
• Zambia Police or Zambia National Service Training is an added advantage.

Job Education Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification.

• Not less than 5 years’ experience in security industrial.
