JOB DETAILS:
Venus Security Solutions , your truly Zambian Security Solutions company is looking for a skilled SECURITY SUPERVISOR.
Reporting to the Security Operations Manager:
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Apart from supervising and managing a team of security guards, the successful candidate will be required to oversee facility security and protect all company assests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the daily workflow, scheduling of work shifts and monitor deployment.
• Prepare and conduct orientation of newly hired staff.
• Ensure prompt communication on issues related to management of the facilty asighned to.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A minmum of a diploma in a business related program.
• Aminmum of two years work experience
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
