JOB DETAILS:
Dot Com Zambia (www.dczambia.com) , an award winning Zambian ICT company that was launched in 2009, is looking for well-rounded system administrator and software developers who can tackle both frontend and backend development to take on the next gen. systems we are pushing, as well as several unannounced projects that should excite anybody who cares about locally developed IT solutions. .

The areas required can be summarized as follows:
1) System Administrator with a proficiency at the following:
a. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network servers, and virtualization, with responsibility for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
b. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. Demonstrated experience working with AWS is required c. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
2) Web application Developer with a proficiency at the following.
a. Design and development of API layers
b. Modern frontend development (React.js or react native, Angular, Bootstrap 3 or 4) c. Backend development (PHP)
d. Databases (Relational Database – MySQL / Non-relational Database -Mongo DB)
3) The following would be a plus;
a. Mobile App Development Experience- (Android app developer, iOS app developer) b. Experience working with NFC in Android environment
