The position of Service Delivery Coordinator is a key liaison position to support the various logistics, technology deliveries and projects operations of the Group. The role will own and manage the entire process right from order management through to customer for various services led by the Group and ensure delivery objectives and targets are met.

Principle Duties
• Proactively manage the order processing function taking over from the sales function once an order has been placed by a customer seeing it through to timely delivery to our customers.
• Engage the various partners, suppliers and OEM’s in ensuring matched product to our customer deliverables and pricing that meets the profitability thresholds.
• Liaise with partners and suppliers in the order management process to fast-track deliveries and ensure these are exceeding time-frames counter agreed with customers.
• Work with the various logistics partners including transporters, airlines, couriers’ other logistics providers and clearing agents in planning and executing prompt and efficient movement of cargo through to customer site.
• Manage the internal processing of order invoicing, deliveries to customer sites by efficiently managing the internal logistics infrastructure.
• Proactively engage with onward customers to ensure they are fully aware of the status of their orders and ensure clear and adequate management of expectations.
• Proactively identify potential gaps, risks and hindrances that may impact customer deliverables and innovatively ensure these are mitigated to ensure the timeframes committed are met within defined quality control matrices.
• Manage the customs and clearing processes alongside our appointed clearing agents in promptly obtaining release of cargo as may be needed.
• Efficient management of schedules, company vehicles and other assets of the Company that support the service delivery function.
• Be involved in site-visits, inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure relevant internal staff receive adequate pre-project, during project and post project de-briefs and support.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are managed effectively and efficiently.
• Be the primary liaison point between the sales & finance functions including to ensure the prompt flow of orders & projects deliveries to the customer.
• Provide internal reporting to management daily and weekly on the status of all active orders, challenges and mitigating actions taken.

Knowledge, Qualification and Skills required
• Diploma or Degree in Clearing and Forwarding.
• Must have ICT Diploma or Certificate and good knowledge and understanding of ICT products and services.
• Must be proactive, innovative and have a problem-solving attitude to ensure ultimately service delivery to every customer order.
• Have a minimum of 3 years or more experience in customs clearing and related logistics processes.
• Well versed with using applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM, reporting tools, etc.
• Must have a driving license.
