Reporting to the Head Miller and responsible for daily milling activities to assure optimization of operations.

Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Degree or Diploma in Milling Science / Food Science with at least over 3 years' experience in a similar role and computer literate.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
