JOB DETAILS:
• Male above 30, contract will be determined at a later stage
• We are in search of a skilled Site Foreman with 8 years of construction experience to enhance our team. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to oversee projects effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise construction projects and ensure adherence to plans and schedules.
Coordinate and allocate resources, including labor and materials.
Lead and guide construction teams, ensuring quality workmanship and safety.
Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
Communicate with contractors, clients, and team members clearly and effectively.
Enforce site safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Keep accurate records of project activities, including reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of construction experience.
