Job Overview:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives.
2. Content Creation:
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for social media posts. Preference is given to someone who has done a course in graphics design.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates).
4. Paid Advertising:
• Develop and manage paid Facebook social media advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
