JOB DETAILS:
As a Social Media Managing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will manage the company’s social media accounts, monitor performance, and track metrics to optimize campaigns. You will also work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand messaging and overall marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all social media platforms.
2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
3. Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and report on performance to stakeholders.
5. Work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand messaging and overall marketing initiatives.
6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry best practices, continuously improving social media strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
3. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and increase social media engagement and growth.
4. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
