JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The job holder shall be responsible for creating, engaging and on-brand graphics for social media campaigns. He/she will handle the company’s social media platforms and prepare graphics for website design.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and company website to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
• Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
• Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and plans to promote content, particularly online via social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).
• Implement online marketing campaigns and track performance including Google AdWords and Facebook ads.
• Oversees all company social media accounts management.
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
• Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or any Business/Social Sciences related studies.
• Creative mindset
• Attention to detail, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Knowledge in graphics design and content creation will be an added advantage.
• Aged between 22-30 years old.
