JOB DETAILS:
• The incumbent will be responsible for all IT managed services delivery and post implementation support for Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia (LIT ZM).

Responsibilities :
• Carryout technical assessments for business requirements
• Design custom IT managed services for the clients
• Develop project implementation plans for the IT managed services
• Manage contractors and other vendors
• Develop and agree on post implementation KPI and SLA with the customers.
• Coordinate regular governance meetings with customers.
• Prepare BID documents in response to RFQs.
• Prepare and make customer presentations.

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., IT/Computer Science, Telecommunications etc.
• EIZ / ICTAZ registration
• Atleast (3) years working experience in IT operations / IT infrastructure in a large organization and /or IT managed services company
• Knowledge of network routing/switching both within the Local and Wide Area Networks environments.
• Knowledge and experience with virtualization on a large scale as well as server administration in both Linux and Windows environments
• Knowledge and experience with various cloud “as a service” offerings as well as Cyber Security ( tools, IT security assessments, IT audits and IT security policies) Is a must
• Must have a valid driver’s license (possibly manual)
