Job specifications/ responsibilities will include the following:
Policies and Procedures
• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Audit of compliance to operational procedures and instructions.
Stock Take and Cycle Counting
• Perform regular stock take and cycle counting during the year and during the end of the year stock take, while conducting
• Reconciliation in case of discrepancies during cycle count schedule.
• Reports on discrepancies.
Stock Management
• Familiar with description (specification, unit of quantity, application) of material in order to perform accurate cycle counting and stock taking.
• Knowledge of materials.
• Customer satisfaction with service
Cycle Counting schedule and administration requirements
• Follow and implement the approved cycle counting schedule, so that discrepancies are identified and reconciled in timely manner.
• Cycle counting schedule is followed and fully implemented
• Implement and maintain a filing system of the facts, discrepancies, and issues identified during the cycle counting or stock taking process in order to maintain accurate records that can be easily retrieved.
• Soundness of filing system.
• Safety & Retrieve ability of records.

Requirements:
• More than 1 year of related experience
• Minimum Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Experience in store core operations, in a similar environment or a related role
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Attention to details and work under pressure
• Excellent time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to Work Without Supervision
