JOB DETAILS:
• Keep track of and record all incoming and outgoing items and ensure that the records have been filled correctly.
• Receive, Unpack and Track purchased items. Ensure that items in the store are properly packed in a systematic manner.
• Ensure that materials have the corresponding storage conditions suggested by manufacturers, as indicated in the technical sheet.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Assist the Inventory Controller to perform the monthly cycle counts.
• Manage and control the fuel usage and issues with analysis of the average usage per machine / Vehicle.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Place orders to replenish merchandise as needed through the procurement department
• Track shipments and address any delays
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
• Any other duties as assigned.
