DGM Beverages Limited is an equal opportunity employer and herby invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for appointment into the position of Stores Controller to join its dynamic and proactive team.

The interested candidate will be responsible for
• Acts in the absence of the Stores Manager
• Be conversant with all the operations of stores department
• Upload correct inventory levels at the required time in the ERP systems and ensure all inventory processes are completed as per guidelines
• Make timely orders for materials in collaboration with Production Manager
• Collaborate with the Finance department ensuring the timely purchase of raw materials
• Source for raw material suppliers and coordinate delivery
• Conduct inspection for quality of raw material and finished products
• In conjunction with HR office, train stores staff on stores control processes and procedures
• Ensure stock levels are maintained within acceptable ranges for production
• Coordinate and manage stock taking on a weekly basis and prepare stock take report
• Maintain a zero-discrepancy rate of stock in all circle counts
• Ensure the correct dispatch of finished goods and maintain correct records
• Timely preparation of the monthly inventory report
• Ensure workers observe the provided health and safety guidelines within the work environment

Education
• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or higher in Purchasing and Supply
