Karibu Merchandise, a leading retail supermarket chain in Mufulira, is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Supervisor.
Job Description:
Position: Supervisor
Location: Mufulira, Zambia
Industry: Retail Trade

Requirements:
• Age between 30 to 40 years old
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years proven work experience in similar position
• Own accommodation in Mufulira

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing stock management, including ordering, receiving, and shelving of products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a conducive working environment.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management to develop business strategies, optimize store layout, and improve customer satisfaction.
