JOB DETAILS:
People in Need (PIN) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization with the headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic, providing humanitarian assistance and development aid all over the world. In Zambia, PIN has been operational since 2017 delivering lifesaving and development assistance to vulnerable people in the sectors of nutrition, livelihoods, WASH, Environment and Good governance.

Category A. Logistics & Accommodation (Western Province and Lusaka Province)
• Car Hire services (short and Long term)
• Motor vehicle repairs and servicing garages
• Supply of tyres, fuels, lubricants, tubes, fitment and alignment services
• Supply of Motor Vehicle parts
• Accommodation
Conference facilities and meals
• Outside catering services
• Courier Services ( Local )

Category B. GENERAL SUPPLIES & SERVICES
• Supply and branding of visibility materials T-Shirts ,Corporate Shirts, Caps, raincoats, Gumboots, Bags etc.
• Insurance
• Printing and branding
• Graphic designing
• Stationery and other consumables
Supply of office equipment

Category C .Technology
• Supply of new laptops (HP ProBooks preferably)
• Computer accessories (Hard drives, power packs, mouse, key pads, key boards e.t.c)
• Internet Equipment and accessoires (Internet Access points, MiFi, switches, LAN cables, Edge Router etc)
• Printers and printer accessories and toners
• IT service consultancy and Networking and IT Equipment repairs

Category D. Maintenance ( Western Province and Lusaka Province)
• Maintenance of air conditioning units
• Painting services
• Pest control services
• Plumbing, Electrical, Construction

Mandatory Requirements. Applications are invited from service providers setting out
• Full Registered name of the Organization
• Copy of Valid VAT certificate
• Copy of Valid Certificate of Incorporation
• Copy of Valid Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Postal, Physical and email addresses
• Telephone and Fax Number
• Three letters of reference from reputable clients
