The Imprest Administrator for the Increased Access to Electricity and Renewable Energy Production Programme, on behalf of the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund, Ministry of Finance and National Planning, intends to award a supply contract for the supply, delivery, and training for solar testing equipment in Lusaka-Zambia with financial assistance from the EDF.
