Tender Notice

Supply, Installation Testing, Commissioning of the LAN and Power Cabling ONB/ZNBS/007/09/21

1. The Zambia National Building Society (NBS) invites qualified Citizen Bidders to submit their bids for the Tender for supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of the local Area Network (LAN) and Power Cabling at Century House located along Cairo Road

2. Tender documents can be accessed and downloaded from the Society's website: www.znbc.zm as the Society shall not print or make available any hardcopy documents for distribution in this regard.

3. Tenderers are hereby reminded that in accordance with the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 only exclusively citizen owned firms are eligible to participate in this tender therefore, local and internationally owned companies will not be permitted.

4. The firms that download the documents and may wish to participate must arrange to forward their particulars/contacts to the Manager Procurement and Supplies through the email address: procurement@znbs.co.zm copy gift.zulu@znbs.co.zm before the expiration of the clarification period and tender closing date for records and for the purposes of receiving clarifications, corrigendum and/or addendums, if any.

5. Firms who wish to participate must promptly forward their contact details to the Manager Procurement and Supplies on the above email address, for the purposes of receiving clarifications and any other additional information

6. Bidders who may wish to participate must pay a non-refundable fee of ZMW 1000.00 through the below stated bank account and are required to submit proof of payment together with their bid:

Submission Procedure

7. Well printed bids, properly bound, paginated, in sealed envelopes addressed to the undersigned and
clearly marked with the tender number and title should be deposited in our tender box located on the 2nd Floor of the Century House along Cairo Road Lusaka on or before Thursday, 23rd September, 2021 at 10:30 hours. Lote bids shall be rejected and returned unopened.

8. All bids received on or before the specified closing time and date will be opened immediately after tender closing in the presence of bidder's representatives who may choose to be in attendance in the Boardroom located on the 3rd floor, Century House Cairo Road Lusaka
