TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A 22 TON EXCAVATOR IN PETAUKE DISTRICT
Petake Town Council has received funds under the Constituency Development Fund allocation for supply and delivery of a 22 Ton Excavator in Petauke Constituency. The Council intends to use part of these funds to cover eligible payments on this equipment. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from the office of the Procurement Officer, Petauke Town Council, P.O. Box 91, Petauke. HOWEVER, TELEGRAPHIC, TELEFAX OR E-MAIL OFFERS SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Bidding documents and additional copies may be purchased by eligible firms from the office of the Procurement Officer, Petauke Town Council, P.O. Box 91, Petauke, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW1000.00 in cash or bank certified cheque. Successful Bidders will be selected under Open National Bidding.
Sealed bids must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Civic Centre, Petauke Town Council. Petauke on or before 4 September, 2023 at 10:30 hours local time. The closing date for the receipt of bids is 4 September, 2023 at 10:30 hours local time and any bids received after the time and date stipulated above will not be accepted. The bids will be opened in the Conference Room at Civic Centre, Petauke Town Counci Petauke District on the same date soon after closing in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
Kindly note that Participation in this procurement is limited to local bidders as provided for in Public Procurement Regulations Number 8 of 2022 under section 83(2)-part D number IV. The local bidder awarded the contract shall be required to partner with a citizen bidder as provided for in Public Procurement Act of 2020 under section 39(c).
