JOB DETAILS:
A reputable commercial bank is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the role of Team Lead HR Operations Officer.
Responsibilities
Among others:
• Provide responsive services to staff welfare needs and ensure proper processing of welfare and benefits administration
• Payroll administration
• Prompt and accurate disbursement of staff deductions to appropriate regulatory bodies
• HRIS administration
• Reporting
Minimum Requirements
• A good first degree
• A minimum of 5 years post qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage
• ZIHRM membership
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
