JOB DETAILS:
Team Leader D – IRC230261
Purpose
To be responsible for managing the portfolio of non-performing loans and certain watchlist accounts that are identified as extremely high risk exposures requiring additional focus. Aim to reduce the impairment losses and maximise recoveries and close files in the minimum space of time.

Experience and qualifications
• 3 Year industry related Degree.

Responsibilities
• Monitors to ensure security on the recoveries accounts is perfected, held and valid.
• Responsible for ensuring that statistics and administration risk and compliance is undertaken.
• Responsible for ensuring that all recoveries accounts are under valid status reports and that NPLs are categorized correctly and that any overdraft limit is removed.
• Responsible for efficient and satisfactory resolution of queries and problems.
• Adhere to agreed turnaround times.
• Liaise and manage third parties – Debt Collectors, Attorneys, bailiffs, receivers and security firms.
• Perform other ad-hoc credit related duties as when requested.
