JOB DETAILS:
• Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lusaka for a Technical Officer (IT) at Kali Lupenga Solutions LTD. The Technical Officer (IT) will be responsible for managing the day-to-day maintenance and support of the company’s IT systems. This includes providing technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware, software systems as well as building new applications.

Qualifications
• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Apache, mysql, PHP development
• Good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and technical support
• Good knowledge of network protocols, security, and network infrastructure
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments
• Good knowledge of any video and audio editing tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical end-users
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines
